Dermal Fillers

Dermal Filler

Dermal fillers are a soft injectable gel consisting of stabilized, non-animal hyaluronic acid. The gel is tissue-friendly and closely resembles the hyaluronic acid that exists naturally in the body. It is long-lasting but not permanent. They work by boosting the skin’s supply of hyaluronic acid, dermal fillers revitalise and add volume to the skin, instantly diminishing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, contour and create volume, and to revitalise the skin giving a natural softer look.

Lip Augmentation

This treatment can be performed for a number of reasons, from adding volume and definition, to achieving symmetry and correcting shape.

As we age, we lose volume in muscles and area’s across the face. Lip filler can add a glamorous volume to your lips, create shape and definition, a fuller pout or a subtle enhancement.

Russian Lip Technique

This specific technique will shape the lips into a subtle heart shape with more volume near the centre, much like a Russian doll. It tends to lift the lip rather than add excessive volume so it’s ideal for lip filler newbies or those seeking a natural finish. You will also notice a ‘flatter’ appearance as height is the goal, rather than plumpness. (Although both can be achieved if that is what you desire!)

Cheek Enhancement

Enhancing the cheekbone is ideal when wanting to increase upper facial structure and definition. During the ageing process, loosing fat from certain area’s of the face can age us quicker. Area’s such as the malaria fat pad loosing volume can dramatically age us, and that combined with a drop in collagen production will result in lines, wrinkles, dehydration and sagging of the skin.

Clients are able to choose their favoured look, from a sharp angular look, to a more softer and structured look. For clients wanting a more youthful look, we add volume to certain area’s that create a more natural, softer look while restoring a youthful appearance.

On average, we say between 1-1.5ml, on each side of the face, gives the most natural yet defined appearance.

Jawline Augmentation

Jawline Augmentation is a popular treatment with clients with two common aims; to define and sculpt the jaw, or to add structure back to the jawline due to ageing. During the ageing process, jowls can form and the skin around our jaw can sag. A chiselled and defined jawline is an amazing way to create a youthful, structured appearance.

On average, we say between 1-2ml, at each side of the face, gives the most natural yet defined appearance.

Chin Augmentation

Enhancing the chin is a very simple procedure, with amazing results. By carefully placing filler in certain places, we are able to create a perfect facial balance ratio, to correct shape  including cleft chin dimples. It also helps to slim and elongate the jawline as well as balancing facial features. The amount of filler needed differs from client to client.

As an average, we say 1-1.5ml is the perfect amount for achieving a natural balanced look.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty – is a treatment involving placing Dermal Filler in the nose area to help correct any asymmetry, lumps, bumps or indentations By using Dermal Nose Filler, we can help smooth out those imperfections, making your nose much straighter and more even.

Nasolabial Folds

As we age, our skin matures and begins to show signs of ageing. Unfortunately, the nasolabial folds, also known as nose-to-mouth lines, are one of the first areas to show these signs. However, filler can dramatically improve this appearance. Dermal filler is placed carefully in this area to fill deep lines subtly leaving you  looking refreshed, rejuvenated and more youthful.

On average 1-1.5ml is required in this area.

Marionette Lines

Marionette lines are wrinkles which extend from each corner of your mouth down your chin. Marionette lines can cause your mouth to look downturned, giving you an unhappy appearance. Dermal Filler is very effective at dealing with deep wrinkles such as marionette lines. They gently plump out these lines and wrinkles, resulting in a much smoother appearance.

Perioral Lines

Perioral (smokers) lines are the linear wrinkles which radiate out from the border of the mouth. These lines are created through the activity of the underlying muscle and the natural process of ageing which causes a loss of volume and elasticity in this area. This treatment will reduce the fine lines and wrinkles which appear above in the upper and lower lip.

Tear Trough Treatment

Also known as Under Eye Filler, this treatment will improve the appearance of hollow dark circles under the eye. As we age and the skin thins this often results in the eye being surrounded by a shadow making the eyes look aged and tired. Improving tissue density and skin quality this treatment replaces the tissue that has been lost from this area and reduces visibility of underlying structures leaving your under eye area looking light, bright and youthful.

Facial Sculpting and Rejuvenation Packages

These treatments address a number of different areas of the face to create a more symmetrical sculpted profile or a subtle holistic rejuvenation.  Your chosen amount of filler will be placed in areas where we typically lose volume and fat as we age. By using Dermal Filler, we can help to restore and rejuvenate the face, leaving a more youthful appearance. Areas covered by this treatment include, Lips, Cheeks, Jaw, Chin, Marionette Lines, Perioral Lines, Nasolabial Folds. Bespoke packages are designed to address each client’s individual needs.
